He spent over 25 years in Silicon Valley, leading sales and marketing teams for companies, such as Microsoft, NetIQ, McAfee, Postini, and Google. Drew enjoys traveling and cooking, especially Korean recipes taught by his mother.

Amy Lee
Program Manager
Amy oversees the foundation's grantmaking portfolio by working closely with grantee partners. Community building is at the core of Amy's approach, and she believes that philanthropy should extend beyond monetary contributions, emphasizing collaboration and partnership. Amy holds an MA in International Studies from Seoul National University and a BA in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University. In her free time, Amy loves discovering new trails and parks around the Bay Area with her husband and three children.

Sung Jin Ingriselli
Board Chair
Sung Jin Suhr Ingriselli retired from Chevron Corporation, where she worked for over 39 years in various executive and leadership positions. She led many of Chevron’s global IT applications and architecture initiatives which serve over 20,000 users in 24 countries. Most recently, she was in charge of IT and digital technology for the Enterprise Health, Safety & Environment functions within Chevron worldwide. In that capacity, she digitally transformed the Health, Safety and Environment area utilizing data science, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence. She currently serves as Executive VP at Global Venture Investments L.L.C., an energy consulting firm. Additionally, she is the President of Brightening Lives Foundation Inc, a public charitable foundation dedicated to globally promoting health, education, and environmental sustainability.
Sung Jin previously served on the Board of Trustees at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco where she played a significant role in the Museum’s Transformation Committee enabling the successful execution of the Museum’s $40 million expansion project.
She has been serving as a Board member at the Korean American Community Foundation in San Francisco (KACF-SF) since 2017 and was elected as the board chair effective on January 1, 2024.
Andrew Kim
Secretary
Andrew Kim served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, General Counsel and Company Secretary of NETGEAR. Prior to joining NETGEAR, Mr. Kim served as Special Counsel in the Corporate and Securities Department of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represented public and private technology companies in a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing arrangements, securities law compliance and corporate governance. In between two terms at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, he served as Partner in the Business and Finance Department of Schwartz Cooper Chartered in Chicago, Illinois, and was an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Mr. Kim began practicing law with the New York firms Thacher Proffitt & Wood and Morgan Lewis & Bockius, advising clients on all aspects of corporate and securities law. Mr. Kim holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School, and received a B.A. degree in history from Yale University.
Thomas Cho
Treasurer
Tom is a Managing Director and the Head of Technology M&A for Wells Fargo Corporate and Investment Banking Group based in San Francisco. Tom has 30 years of experience in the investment banking industry and is currently responsible for originating and executing M&A and strategic advisory engagements in the broader Technology sector for public and private corporate clients. Prior to Wells Fargo, Tom spent over 20 years as the Head of TMT M&A at Deutsche Bank Securities primarily focused on software, digital media, and semiconductor industries.
After receiving his BSc. from the University of California at Berkeley, Tom started his career in New York before moving to San Francisco in 1997, and worked for UBS, Credit Suisse and most recently Deutsche Bank before ultimately joining Wells Fargo in 2024. Tom and his wife currently live in the Peninsula part of the Bay Area with their 2 daughters.
Caroline Shin
Caroline is a seasoned travel and hospitality executive who is passionate about building companies that embrace technology to deliver a stellar customer experience. She is CEO and Co-Founder of Vacatia, a resort marketplace for vacationing families. Previously, she was the lead website architect on the startup team at Hotwire.com and later managed supplier relations and P&L for the company. As senior vice president at Sentient Jet, she oversaw client services and command center operations, and launched a new technology platform for flight management. She also led global CRM and revenue management functions for Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Recently, Caroline co-founded Store Vantage, a SaaS scheduling and CRM system for service businesses. Caroline spent her early career as a technology and strategy consultant at Accenture and Scient, working with Fortune 500 and startup clients.
Catharina Min
Catharina Yoosun Min is a partner at Covington & Burling LLP and specializes in
mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, emerging companies, joint ventures, strategic
alliances and other corporate transactions. She has extensive experience in cross-
border transactions with companies located in Asia, Europe and Africa.
She is the vice chair of the Venture Capital/Emerging Companies practice group.
She also serves as a co-chair of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion.
She has been active in the Korean-American community. Notably, she is a co-founder
and past Chair of the Board of the Council of Korean Americans (CKA), past Overseas
President of International Association of Korean Lawyers (IAKL), past President of
Korean American Bar Association of Northern California (KABANC) and Korean
American Chamber of Commerce (KACC).
Catharina graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1990 where she
was an editor of Virginia Law Review and from the University of Virginia College of Arts
& Sciences where she double majored in English and Rhetoric and Communication
Studies.
Sophia Oh-Kim
Sophia has more than 15 years of experience serving in the leadership position of non-profits. She was a board member of the Korean Art and Culture Committee at the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco for 10+ years. During her tenure, Sophia served as board chair and gala chair, helping to raise funds for the acquisition of Korean art and to elevate the department collection to a world-class standard. Sophia was the managing director of Asia America MultiTechnology Association (AAMA), a leading professional networking organization in Silicon Valley, which connects high-tech professionals in the Pacific Rim countries. While there, Sophia expanded AAMA’s offering of events and programs to increase membership base and sponsor income, and was responsible for planning and hosting AAMA’s 30th anniversary gala.
Sophia’s professional background is in finance and economics research. She was the controller of a medical group, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Associates, Palo Alto; worked as senior financial analyst at Crocker National Bank and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco; and was assistant economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She earned a B.A. in economics from Smith College, and an M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School of Business.
So Yong Park
So Yong Park brings her dedication to community service and education to her role as co-founder and board member of the Korean American Community Foundation of San Francisco. At KACF-SF, she has focused on board development and fundraising, contributing to the organization's growth through her work as auction chair and two-year service as gala co-chair.
So Yong currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Colorado College and the Foothill/De Anza Community College Foundation. So Yong's involvement in education extends to her previous volunteer work with the Los Altos Education Foundation, Mountain View Los Altos High School Foundation, The Stanford Parents Club, and various PTA boards, where she has worked alongside dedicated parents and educators to support student success.
Currently, So Yong is co-founder of and working to establish the Asian Women's Alliance in the Bay Area, an initiative aimed at creating connections and professional growth opportunities for Asian women. She also dedicates time to supporting local and national political candidates.
Perry Ha
Perry Ha is the founder and Managing Director of Draper Athena. He has been an active
venture investor since 1997 and has invested and served on the board of many
successful companies both public and private. His investment area spans across
software, data analytics, semiconductors, cleantech, life sciences, AI, web3, and
education. Having served as CEO at portfolio companies three times during his
investment career, he brings his operational knowledge into his investments. He serves
as an advisor or a board member at several companies. And, he is the chairman of
Juvenis, Inc. and Knowledge AI.
Prior to venture capital, he was a management consultant and advised global clients
manage their technology portfolios and develop new products. Prior to that, he lead a
product development team at Amicon, a life science devices company, which was
acquired by Millipore in 1994. He was granted two patents during the R&D tenure.
He actively supports MIT who provided him the educational foundation to achieve the
American dream when he was a recent immigrant. He chaired his Class Reunion
Campaign for multiple years; served on numerous Visiting Committees; served on the
MIT Board of Trustees as Chair of the Education Visiting Committee. He currently serves
on Corporate Development Committee, Alumni Association Corporate Nominations
Committee, and on the Leadership Board of MIT McGovern Institute for Brain Research.
He actively supports Korean Americans. He is a frequent speaker at seminars and
conferences in Korea and the US; and mentors several Korean CEOs. He served as the
Board Chair of KACF-SF (Korean American Community Foundation of San Francisco),
is an advisor to the Bay Area K-Group, and is a founding Board Member of CKA
(Council of Korean Americans). He is a Distinguished Honorary Professor at Sookmyung
Women’s University and is a recipient of the Order of Civil Merit from the President of
South Korea.
He earned BS and MS from MIT and MBA from Harvard Business School. He was the
captain of his collegiate volleyball team and was selected to NCAA East Coast All-
American third team. He is a life-long student and teacher of Taekwondo, a Korean
martial art of which he is a certified master instructor. He lives in the San Francisco Bay
Area.
Yehbin Song
Yehbin is a Manager Director of Operations at Stanford Management Company (SMC), the office within Stanford University responsible for investing Stanford’s Endowment and other financial assets. In her role, she oversees Finance, Human Resources, IT, Administration, and School & Department Funds teams. She was also previously Director of Stanford’s Charitable Trust Program in the Office of Development. She is currently a member of the Charitable Trust Program Oversight Committee.
Before joining Stanford, she worked in corporate finance at Gap Inc., private equity at American Capital Strategies, and investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Yehbin holds a B.S. in Economics from MIT and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Chris Mironov
Chris Kang Mironov is originally a Midwest girl from Ann Arbor, Michigan. She currently lives in Menlo Park with her elementary-aged daughter and son, her husband, and their miniature goldendoodle. Chris graduated from University of Michigan with a degree in psychology, and University of Chicago Booth with an MBA. Before retiring from the corporate world and creating her own fine jewelry company, Chris was an HR exec at LinkedIn and ServiceNow. In addition to working on strategic initiatives and being a thought partner to the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leadership team, her passion was around diversity, inclusion, and belonging programs. Chris enjoys cooking, being a hostess, being active in her children’s school and several philanthropies, sparkly things, and traveling.

Grace Kim
Board Co-Chair
Grace has been with Google for 8 years, currently leading a Product Operations team, following stints on the Product Marketing and Sales teams. Prior to that, she worked in digital marketing and non-profit fundraising. She is passionate about career coaching and development, and spent a term as co-chair of a Diversity & Inclusion council at Google.She is a LA native, spent 4 years on the East Coast while studying at Yale, but is now happily settled back in the California Bay Area with her husband and two children.

Clara Park
Board Co-Chair
Clara Park is the Director of Strategy of Dementia Care Aware, a California state-wide program housed at UCSF's Division of Geriatrics. She earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from NYU in health policy and management, and has been working in the healthcare space for over 10 years. She was born in Lawrence, Kansas and grew up moving between Kansas and Seoul, Korea. She spent the majority of her adult life in New York City and recently moved to the Bay Area (by way of Durham, NC). She enjoys exploring new neighborhoods and cities, baking all sorts of desserts, and going on hikes with her husband and dog.

Hyun Joo Park
Hyun Joo Park is a Vice President at MassMutual Northern CA. She has been working in financial services since 2005. Prior to the financial services industry, she worked in the continuing education space with UC Berkeley Extension and ventured into the tech industry working in Human Resources and Accounting. Hyun Joo earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley. She loves volunteering her time to non-profit organizations that help empower their local community. She resides in Oakland, and in addition to being an avid Bay Area sports fan, she successfully completed her first IRONMAN in 2024.

Stella Lee
Stella Lee is counsel in the Bay Area at an international law firm in the private capital team. Prior to her current role, Stella worked at Latham & Watkins LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP in their respective Bay Area offices, representing private equity sponsors in mergers & acquisitions. Stella has been in San Francisco since 2017 and originally hails from Atlanta, Georgia. She earned her A.B. from the University of Chicago and her law degree from Northwestern School of Law. In her free time, she enjoys hanging with her dog, Sadie, traveling, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family.

Jen Lee Moskowitz
Jen Moskowitz is currently at a single family office based in San Francisco. Prior to that, she was Head of Finance and Investor Relations at various venture backed and publicly traded technology companies. Jen was born in Seoul and raised in Canada, and she now considers the Bay Area her home. She earned her BA in Economics from Columbia University and her MBA from Harvard Business School. Jen's hobbies include reading, yoga, and spending time with family.

Lauren Kim
Lauren Kim started her career working at a law firm in New York and is now in-house counsel at Roblox Corporation. As part of her day to day work, she leads negotiations and structures deals to support the revenue generating departments of the company, including strategic brand partnerships, ad deals, and marketing initiatives. Lauren received her Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from Swarthmore College, her Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School, and her Masters in Law with specialization in IP and Tech Law from Berkeley Law School. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, creative writing, and exploring new restaurants.

Sung Lee
I currently am a Private Wealth Advisor at Capital Group Private Client Services with 20 years of experience. Born in Korea and raised in the Bay Area, I witnessed how limited financial knowledge affected my parents, and that experience drives my commitment to financial education, especially within the Korean American community. My wife, our two young daughters, and I live in Walnut Creek, where most of my free time is spent with family, working on home projects, or getting in an occasional round of golf.

Jane Jung
Jane serves as an Elementary School Principal in Mountain View, California. She began her classroom teaching experience in the Bronx, New York, and has been in public education for 18 years. She strives to raise AAPI issues in the school communities and is an advocate for the destigmatization of mental health. Her connection to KACF-SF has given her a place to learn and meet inspiring people in the Korean American Community in the name of philanthropy.

Iris Kim
Iris Kim is a VP of Product at Honor, a health tech company delivering in-home care to the aging population. Iris earned her Bachelor’s at Yale University, and MBA at University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She currently lives in Mill Valley with her husband and two children, and is often found on the weekends with her family exploring the many parks, hikes, and beaches in the Bay Area.

Susan Lee
Susan is a marketing/media consultant with a background in building strategic partnerships and driving business growth. At WPP, she led initiatives that boosted productivity by 25% by improving cross-company collaboration through her project management and marketing intelligence expertise. She also brings extensive media production experience, having overseen 100+ hours of unscripted programming for independent productions that aired on non-fiction broadcast channels. Susan began her career in media strategy at Organic, Inc., a pioneering digital consultancy. After relocating from New York 6 years ago, Susan is loving life in the Bay Area with her husband and mini schnauzer, and is proud to be able to support KACF-SF, and the Korean American community.

Eula Lee
Eula currently serves as Director, Partnerships at the Asian Art Museum. She has over 16 years of experience as a professional fundraiser. Raised in Southern California, she moved to the Bay Area after spending time on the East Coast. With family ties to South Korea, she is passionate about preserving and promoting Korean culture.

Jennifer Kim
Jennifer is the proud daughter of immigrant parents and grew up in Southern California helping out in their mom-and-pop restaurant. She attended Harvard, then moved to NYC to teach elementary school in East Harlem through Teach for America. After five years of teaching, Jennifer attended Harvard Law School, where she served as Co-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and was elected a Class Marshal. She is currently a lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell practicing litigation. Pro bono work is a large part of Jennifer's practice, including a long-standing partnership with Stop AAPI Hate.

Liz Kang
Liz Kang is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of IMPACT Community Capital, a boutique investment firm, where she oversees all legal and regulatory affairs. She lived in five countries in three continents growing up which offered a wide range of cultural and educational experiences. She is passionate about giving back to the Korean community and has previously been a board member of the Korean American Bar Association of Northern California, where she helped organize galas, mentored law students and participated in pro bono clinics. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, running and reading social psychology books.

Janet Lee
Janet Lee is a Partnerships Director at Salesforce based in San Francisco. Prior to Salesforce, she spent 9 years in various accounting & sales strategy roles at PwC in both the Chicago and San Francisco offices. Janet is originally from Chicago and earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Though Chicago-style hotdogs and deep dish pizza will always have her heart, the Bay Area is now her home with her husband and dog. She’s passionate about connecting the tech industry’s time & talents with community organizations and looking forward to supporting the depth of Korean American non-profits in the Bay Area.

Joshua Han
Josh serves as the Program Lead for the Karen Ha Scholarship Mentorship Program. As an immigrant, he is passionate about fostering a vibrant Korean American community and empowering the next generation of young leaders.
Josh's professional background spans startups and product management. While at UC Berkeley, he successfully bootstrapped COBA, a caffeinated chocolate startup that later secured venture funding and remains in operation today. Following his time as a student entrepreneur, Josh joined Western Digital as a Product Manager, where he led cross-functional teams in developing data storage solutions for the consumer gaming market. He now supports early-stage consumer startups in the Bay Area with partnerships and customer acquisition strategies.
Josh holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Korean Studies from UC Berkeley and will begin his MBA at Columbia Business School in Fall 2025.

Joshua Park
Joshua is a former 2021 Karen Ha Scholarship Finalist who moved to Nashville, Tennessee to attend Vanderbilt University. After graduating with a BA in Medicine, Health, & Technology, he has returned to the Bay Area and is developing his portfolio for medical school. Joshua values uniting individuals in their community and has previously worked on developing Korean Community relations in Nashville. In his free time, Joshua loves meeting new people and exploring the Bay Area's best restaurants.
Christine Suh
Christine is a marketing manager at Five9, a customer experience and AI software company, driving demand generation and paid media campaigns. She has 4+ years of versatile marketing experience in growth marketing, campaign management, and GTM strategy at public tech companies and startups. She holds a BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley and a certificate in Human-Centered Design. She’s motivated by meaningful work and making a positive impact, especially within the Korean American community and passionate about causes like wellness, mental health, and health equity. In her free time, she enjoys sunset walks, traveling, trying new restaurants/cafes, reading psychology books, and creating foodie/lifestyle content!
Michael Chang
Michael is the founding product engineer at DianaHR, a fractional HR startup that serves 10+ employee businesses with AI-powered HR specialists. He wears many hats, from shipping code that support and/or ease day-to-day HR needs to managing product timelines to get features launched in time. Michael graduated from Yale University with a BA in Computing and the Arts. His journey navigating belonging in campus and processing impostor syndrome as a first-generation, low-income student made him realize the significance of mental health and self-exploration. Lately, Michael has been burning the midnight oil to meet a project deadline or hyperfixated on some random fleeting hobby of the week. Other times, you'll probably be hearing him performing and composing pieces on the handflute or ukulele. Or some experimental musical horrors beyond acoustic comprehension 😅
