We invite interested community members to participate in our grantmaking process through our Community Grants Committee (CGC). CGC members are volunteers who bring a wide range of professional and personal experiences to help KACF-SF invest in our community.
As a member of the CGC, you have an opportunity to:
- Understand the issues affecting the Korean American community
- Receive hands-on experience with the grantmaking process
- Meet and engage with other community-minded individuals
- Be a part of the solution

“The CGC gave me the opportunity to [understand how local nonprofits that KACF-SF supports] are positioned to address culturally-specific issues. I was also grateful for the opportunity to work with other CGC members who bring such a diverse range of backgrounds and life experiences.”
