Graci "Arcurìa" Etna Bianco is a high-quality white wine made exclusively from Carricante grapes, sourced from the organically farmed Arcurìa vineyard on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. The volcanic soils, high elevation, and cooler climate of the area impart a distinct mineral character to the wine. Known for its elegance and complexity, it typically offers aromas of citrus, white flowers, and herbs, with a vibrant acidity and a long, saline finish. This wine can age gracefully, developing deeper complexity over time.

• GRAVNER VENEZIA GIULIA RIBOLLA GIALLA · FRIULI

Exclusively composed of the local Ribolla grape; fermented in Georgian amphorae buried underground; long maceration with wild yeasts and no temperature control; after fermentation, the wine rests again in amphorae for five more months and then is aged in large oak barrels for an additional six years; bottled without fining or filtering. This is a deeply personal creation of famed winemaker Joško Gravner that captures the essence of Ribolla in a way no other versions do. Perhaps one of the highest expressions of orange wine making today.
