We’re so incredibly excited to announce Many Hands, a new tasting series at SŌHN where we invite chefs, makers, and creatives we admire to gather in our space and share their stories, their food, and their work with our community.
To kick things off, we’re bringing together an incredible lineup of Korean American chefs: Chef Esther Choi, Chef Susan Bae, Chef Eunjo Park, and Chef Kristen Kish for a special evening celebrating International Women’s Month, in partnership with TAAF (The Asian American Foundation).
The evening will include a panel conversation, chef tastings, wine and cocktails from Korean American makers (Cho Wines, Innovatus Wines and Kish Apertif), and a raffle with special gifts from our partners — including the chance to win a $500 OpenTable gift card.
Join us for an evening celebrating the women shaping hospitality today.
All are welcome.

She is the chef and owner of Mŏkbar, with locations in New York, New Jersey, and Las Vegas, and chef-partner of Ms. Yoo in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Esther began her culinary training at just 14 and later studied at the Institute of Culinary Education before working in some of New York City’s most respected kitchens. Known for bringing Korean flavors to a wider audience through both traditional and modern approaches, she is also the host of “Heat Eaters” by First We Feast and co-host of Food Network’s 24 in 24: Last Chef Standing.
Susan Bae is the Executive Pastry Chef and founding member of Moon Rabbit, where she leads an all-female pastry team and creates desserts inspired by nature, nostalgia, and unexpected savory flavors. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she has worked in kitchens across California, Texas, and Washington, D.C. Her work has earned numerous accolades, including North America’s Best Pastry Chef 2025 by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants and multiple James Beard Foundation nominations. Moon Rabbit has also received national recognition from outlets including Esquire and The New York Times.
Eunjo “Jo” Park is a chef known for blending Korean culinary traditions with modern creativity. Born in South Korea and raised in Pennsylvania, she trained at The Culinary Institute of America before working in some of the world’s most respected kitchens, including Daniel, Le Bec-Fin, Per Se, and Momofuku. She previously served as Executive Chef of Momofuku Kāwi, which was named Eater’s Best New Restaurant of 2019, and was recognized as a Food & Wine Best New Chef. Jo later led Momofuku Ssäm Bar at Pier 17 and deepened her connection to Korean cuisine through time spent at Gaon in Seoul and studying temple cuisine under Monk Jeong Kwan.
