This webinar will focus on the two CARE Court bills that passed this legislative session and go into effect January 1, 2027: 

• SB 989 (Blakespear): First responders connecting individuals to CARE Court

• SB 1242 (Choi): Giving Families a Voice in CARE Court

We will provide an overview of how the bills update CARE Court and what these changes mean for families.
