There are limited openings on the Committee and priority will be given to those individuals who have demonstrated their commitment to KACF-SF and its work in the community. All applicants will be notified of their status by September 7.

Mandatory CGC Meetings *
By submitting this application, you are agreeing to commit to attending two (2) mandatory meetings -- 1) CGC kick-off & orientation and issues briefing, 2) grants recommendation -- on the following dates:
Site Visits *
Site visits to grant applicant organizations will take place between Oct. 8 and Oct. 26. Each site visit takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours including travel time. Site visits usually occur on weekdays during business hours. Please indicate the number of site visits you can attend (minimum is one):

Please provide a short bio. Example: Jane Kim is the Comptroller at Wonderful Place, a community-based organization based in Oakland aimed at promoting healthy body and mind among teens. Prior to joining the organization, she was the Senior Accountant at Do Good Corporation, and worked closely with the Chief Operating Officer in managing nearly $25 million in assets. Jane earned her BA in economics and philosophy in 1988 and MBA in 1994 from Great University in California. Jane, an avid sportswoman, is preparing for the triathlon in Hawaii this summer.
